If I everstone breed with ditto, and the success rate is halved, is the retrieval double that of non-ditto everstone breeding?

No. The success rate is the only thing that is halved. The retrieval is calculated based on the sprite/nature, not on the parent/success rate.

Do male nidoran have to be bred with ditto for a male offspring? Or do any nidoran offspring have a chance to be different genders?

Nidoran information is actually in the guidebook!

Quote:
The only exception to this rule is the Nidoran line. If the egg is of the Nidoran line as well, it can be either the male or the female Nidoran (50/50 chance). So if you breed a male Nidoran with a Ditto, you could get a female Nidoran egg. If you breed Nidoqueen and a male Marowak, the egg could be a male Nidoran.

Question about ShP.

If you give a Shiny Pokemon and ShP and an HGSS Pokemon an Everstone.

Would the Everstone work 100% and therefore you'd get a shiny 100% of the time?

EDIT: Sorry whoops just reread the section, "Whichever is lower". So ShP can only ever work 10% of the time.

If you're just trying to breed a shiny HGSS Pokemon, you shouldn't need to use an Everstone and ShP, BP on the shiny will do.

NPCs can't breed, but you should be able to use a Secretpotion to pass on the nature and Specialpotion to pass on the nature blurb to another Pokemon.

You can't get NPC's special nature by using SecretPotion, because that would involve breeding.
You can also use SecretPotion without breeding, but to only change the normal nature of a
Pokemon into another normal nature (e.g. Lax > Lonely). So no there isn't any way to get NPCs'
    special natures into another Pokemon.

I know, my interest in the (dashed, crushed, discarded for dead) possibility of 100% Shiny Breed was in getting a Shiny Female Eevee. The odds of getting a Shiny Female Eevee are 1/100, this would have make it 1/10.

Is it possible to get a shiny summer eevee with the following pair? I'm really only unsure about whether the shiny AYESIR shinx line can pass down it's shinniness.

Shiny male AYESIR Luxray (+ BP) x Female Summer Eevee (+ everstone)

Yes, but the chance of success would be way higher with ShP.

Edit:

Cost with BP is 400k. Chance of success with BP 1/400
Cost with SHP is 200k. Chance of success with ShP 1/20.

I have a question. If I bred a female white valentine vulpix with a shiny male Pokemon from the ground group, could I get a shiny white valentine vulpix? Or is shiny white valentine vulpix literally impossible to breed?

You should be able to get the black (shiny white) valentine vulpix this way, yes!

I probably already know that answer to this is no,
but is it possible to get special natures from genderless
pokemon (e.g. Magnimate) to any other pokemon?
    With special items or something?

You can only breed them with ditto. So you could only get Magnamite's nature on a baby Magnamite.

um, this is probably answered somewhere but...

for BW only sprites, what is the base fee?

Example: I want to breed a shiny pinkan minccino
BW shiny minccino (BP) X pinkan field M(everstone)

What's the fee / multiplier / retrieval?
