HAKU IS SO DAMN CREEPY, YOU GUYS. But I concur Noface is amazing.

And I ship their friendship considering they're like... 10?

Spoiler: show
It uh... was a little more than a "friendship" :c. Spirited Away was meant to make allusions to the old bath houses where the women that worked there were prostitutes. and this isn't just a wacky conspiracy theory either. look it up.
My childhood was ruined, too. ;n;

O/ i just watched the borrower arrietty the other week! other than it being nothing much like what i remember the borrowers to have been like, i actually very muchly enjoyed it! i am always in love with the worlds miyazaki-sensei creates; it never fails to be rich and vibrant in color, making me feel once more like some awestruck child looking at the larger-than-life world through kaleidoscope eyes. ugh. ♥ the characters were lovely as well! arrietty was all kinds of adorbs and brave, and i loved her relationship with her parents, other borrowers, and the humans (esp sho fjskdlghskdf /dithers).

what WHAT WHAT too much information about Spirited Away, really ;A;

I just love all the movies of Hayao Miyazaki. There's nothing I wouldn't watch again... everything has been made up beautifully, the art is always perfect and the way the characters move is perfect. There's no second one of this world to create such awesome anime (movies), in my opinion. :D

Anything by him and/or studio Ghibli automatically are more than worth a watch and they almost never let me down (wasn't too keen on My Neighbour Totoro but that could be more because it was meant for really young children). I find the animation so peaceful and moving yet so active during action scenes. It's like the japanese equivalent to our classic disney movies. Pretty much every movie he makes is an instant classic. This is what animation success looks like to me! <3

Oh, I adore him. Spirited Away is probably my favorite by him, with Totoro and Howl's Moving Castle tied for a close second. I'm planning on watching princess mononoke soon

I adore his movies, especially because they don't have that overdone anime style which I quite hate.
Making it nicer to watch the movies, I also love the story lines.
I haven't watched My Neighbor Totoro yet but I'm planning on watching it for sure ^^

Kiki's Delivery Service was one of my favourite movies when I was little. I really love Nausicaä, Totoro, Porco Rosso, and Spirited Away but I think Kiki's remains my favourite Miyazaki film.

I watched Ponyo today, though I didn't like it nearly as much as Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away.

Absolutely adore Miyazaki films. My favorite has to be Howl's Moving Castle - that's the one that speaks to me the most. But I love the style and the storytelling of Miyazaki films, though I confess I haven't seen that many. I need to fix that.

I've seen almost all of them. I haven't seen The Secret World of Arietty, which I really need to since I loved The Borrowers when I was a kid! Howl's Moving Castle is definitely my favorite, though. :)

Seen almost every Hayao Miyazaki movie to date, and I love each and every one of them. Howl's Moving Castle is my number one favorite, with Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke are tied for second. I also made it a goal to see every Studio Ghibli movie out there, almost done with that too, with only five more movies remaining.
As far as Studio Ghibli as a whole, it has rarely ever made a movie I didn't like. I will say, however, two movies fell short for me. Pom Poko and Tales of the Earthsea. Though I won't blame Miyazaki for those. (I'll just blame his son for making Tales of the Earthsea. It's not the worse movie out there, but could have been better.)

I have seen several, not all, of his films. I have to say I enjoy My Neighbor Totoro, because it's actually a very dark and twisted film based on a true story. Totoro is actually the angel of death in that movie, look it up guys.

Other than that, Ponyo is super cute guys. Nausicaä is my favorite alongside it because it has to do with bugs and post-apocalyptic stuff. I mainly like the bugs, they're so cute in that movie.
