Joining requires a unique show of patriotic devotion! In other words, you have to show me a Canadian pokemon with a Canadian name. What exactly constitutes a Canadian name is up to you - Poutine, Chesterfield, Terrance, Phillip, anything is appropriate as long as you can justify it.

This Pokémon is Canadian for 3 reasons:

1) It is a walking mushroom, which is reminiscent of the ~wilderness~ AND LOOK HOW FRIENDLY IT IS.
2) Celine is short for Celine Dion, who is Canadian.
3) Even if my Breloom weren't Canadian, you would still be too nice not to accept her, wouldn't you :U
