ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀ ғᴏʀᴍ ᴀʙᴏᴜᴛ ʀᴇɢɪᴄᴇ ❉ Regice is one of the battle system NPCs; he can be found here. He is in charge of removing cards from Pokémon [deleting moves from their movesets].
❉ He is a joint creation between Shirogane and icanhasdinos.
❉ He was first introduced on November 10, 2010.
❉ As of April 2, 2011, Regice has cross-dressed every weekend. He reverts to his original appearance during weekdays.

I would totally crossdress myself but I like to look pretty so. That doesn't quite work out for me.

I liked how he looked, but other than the constant :|ing, he didn't have much going for him. Mainly because everyone was always gushing about Regirock.
