Welcome everyone to my attempt at having an Art Request Corner of my own ^-^

As for the colors, try your best to match them. They don't have to be exact.
It's one of those triangular hipster scarves ouo And they are /horribly drawn\ headphones.

Anyways... is this: close to what you were seeking? I just went with a color that I felt would go fine with the brown of the shirt for the pants, and the shoes... match the shirt colors xD

I'll get to work on his as soon as possible, Zifeara, and I'll do my best to match his appearance in the head shot, that should be evil enough a look, though slightly difficult in trainer sprite size detail.
I'll do my best ^-^
Edit: How is this?  I lightened the color of the shirt because it looked too dark to be easily distinguishable from the jacket in the sprite, but if you want, I can always change it to the original color.
Also, I could try and edit it so as to have his arms in a more 'evil laugh' pose and change his expression, but that would take more time, because moving limbs is harder than recoloring them xD
Note-to-self: Shading dark colors is difficult ^.~

Hmm, what part are you wanting changed? I'm not very much wanting to start from scratch again, and that gary sprite is very very small compared to the current one, which means even less detail.
